To get people to listen to our speech, idea or taught we need to attract them from the things that they love.
By doing that you get attention from them, but do they receive the message with kind heart ??
Ask yourself, do you want the message to be known or you only come for beg of money?
This life, if you can see we work for money and perform well if the money get higher in our pocket..
All of the company in our world providing high wages to take care the performance of the staff..
when you take care the wages, workers will no worries and don't think about they financial problem..
When thats happen you can see the perfomance of the worker rising..
The plan  is easy "You solve my problem, I solve your problem"..

I leave this world far from me, My life is changing ,

I love to write since day one,never think about what coming up next ,
